Hello again,

I’m absolutely thrilled at the prospect of this month’s card, March Meltdown! Jimmy Olsen’s turn against the fan made huge ripples in the Upstate New York wrestling scene. I’ll have my comments for the turn coat in my predictions section of the post. Chip put him in his place with his words, but what is he going to do on the 21st when they meet face to face? I cover all of that and more coming up!

NWA Upstate Tag Team Champion (w/Cheech)

Quirky Fact: “No you didn’t you f*cking ass! You left the shower running!”

Took an Elbow from Dusty Rhodes

GW: What’s your favorite move to execute in the ring?

Cheech: The tie-up! Beat that bitch!

Cloudy: Flippy Doos!

GW: What injury has been the worst in your career?

Cheech: Decapitation by Brodie Lee. It was in ROH and pretty nasty.

Cloudy: Numerous Concussions. SAT Washing Machine Incident. I was dumped on my head unsafely.

GW: What do you do, besides wrestling, which keeps you occupied?

Cheech: Um, well it’s a lot less sober! I don’t remember much…

Cloudy: No different! I argue with this sonofagun!

GW: What was the worst road trip to an event you’ve wrestled at or attended?

Cheech: Mid-West… Chicago specifically. I hate driving in Chicago.

Cloudy: From Tag World…

Cheech: Oh right… You suffered during that trip!

Cloudy: Are you kidding? That blew!

Cheech: He was in the passenger seat talking to his girlfriend the entire time!

GW: Who’s a former opponent of yours that you’d tag with?

Cheech: Kevin Dunn. No slight against Dunn I just had to go against Marcos [at Wrestlebowl].

Cloudy: I’d say the same.

GW: What goes through your head before popping out of the curtains to these fans?

Cheech: Don’t get injured

Cloudy: Don’t throw up in the ring

GW: Who do you look up to as a person? Why?

Cheech: Tony Devito, the famous wrestler. Cause he’s f*cking Tony Devito!

Cloudy: Mitch Hedburg. He did a lot of drugs and was good at functioning too!

Wuher’s Thoughts: These two are some of the funniest guys you’ll ever get to meet. Buy them an adult beverage of your choice and get them talking sometime.

Now… For Predictions.

THE MAIN EVENT: Revenge for the Shenanigans after Wrestlebowl 2009!!!

Danny Doring & Colin Delaney vs. Pepper Parks & Cheech

Who will win: Danny Doring & Colin Delaney

How? :  DQ

Why: I believe that the last of Jimmy “Jam” Olsen’s impact won’t end with Chip Stetson. I think Jim will get himself involved in this match and end it for “The Patrick Swayze of Professional Wrestling” and his partner. Otherwise I smell a “Dastardly” ending to this tale.

No Limits Championship:

Gabe Saint (c) vs Mo Mantha

Who will win this one: Mo Mantha

How: Pinfall

Why: “The Montgomery Madman” is foaming at the mouth to get back what he believes he won all the way back in November. He’s been waiting and training since then to repair his torn “meniscuseses.” I think he’ll take it and the title away from the streaking Gabreal Saint. Mind you, Gabe is ready for a nice long climb to the top of the real mountain here in NWA Upstate… The Heavyweight Championship.

Gunnar's Final Thoughts: Now I've heard there are other matches at this next event, but the management has been so busy booking the Anniversary show, they haven't announced them. I've heard a McClouds vs. The Carribean Connection (Coconut Jones and Maximo Suave) match, but besides that I'm not sure what matches we'll be in for. The most predictable one though that I'd like to see would be the Chip Stetson take it to Jimmy Olsen for sucker punching Stevie Richards and turning his back against the fans of NWA Upstate. I'm looking forward to see what impact Hellcat and Triple X will make as well... considering that the "2CW" Tag Champs got sent packing last time at the House. Also! Just got word that the Dustytaker will be in action. I'll see you all at the German house this Saturday!
